Waterdam Temporary Policy on Wearing Face Masks July 15, 2020
Due to the recent PA Health Department mandate that Governor Wolf has put into place and concern for folks in our congregation who have employers with mandate stipulations, Waterdam is implementing the following policy to be in force for the same time period as the PA mandate.
- All persons entering the building for meetings, services, events, or gatherings when other people are present are expected to wear a face mask.
- Masks are expected to remain on at all times while in the building for meetings, services, events, or gatherings with exceptions as follows according to the state mandate in Section 3. https://www.governor.pa.gov/wp-content/uploads/2020/07/20200701-SOH-Universal-Face-Coverings-Order.pdf
- Worship Team and speakers at the podium will temporarily remove masks to speak, preach, and sing.
We Are Glad You Are Here
We would like to introduce you to Waterdam Church. Our church family is marked by diversity in age and background, and by unity in faith and purpose. Whether you are searching for a church home or just beginning to consider the claims of Christ, we think that you will find Waterdam Evangelical Free Church a help and encouragement to you.
Here at Waterdam Church, we believe that there should be action to our faith. We want to encourage you to become involved in some area of the Church’s work. We believe that Lord will richly bless those involved.
We believe in one God, Creator of all things, holy, infinitely perfect, and eternally existing in a loving unity of three equally divine Persons: the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit.
We believe that spiritual growth occurs the most in the small group setting. We encourage the creation of and contribution to small groups. Here are the small groups currently being offered.
